The Schools of Excellence Podcast Features:
Leadership takes practice. We’ll uncover what it takes to be someone who leads with empathy, confidence, and who can trust their decision-making.
We’ll talk about how to prevent and resolve conflict in high stake situations with dozens of techniques to reveal how the difficult conversations in your school are an opportunity for creativity, higher morale, and personal growth.
Systems is not a project, it’s the way you set boundaries in your everyday life. We’ll be inviting guests who will share their systems and processes so that you can lead a better quality of life.
“The School Culture is the effect of the leader’s daily behaviors, actions, and routines.” We’ll dive into conversations about mental health, personal well-being, purpose, and creating deep connections with your team members – because all of that is culture.

- Not to teach you what to think, but how to think
- Not to show you what you’re lacking, but remind you that
everything you need is inside you
- Instead of showing you 50 steps, the next 1 step that gives you a win
