Meet the Host
Chanie is the founder and host of the Schools of Excellence Podcast. She’s been in the early childhood field for 15 years. The podcast is about gaining a new perspective and mindset about the critical decisions and choices you make every day. These choices impact yourself, your family, teachers, parents, and the children who you promise to serve every day.
Her Goal is…
- Not to teach you what to think, but how to think
- Not to show you what you’re lacking, but remind you that
everything you need is inside you - Instead of showing you 50 steps, the next 1 step that gives you a win
