Everyone makes excuses.

We’ve all made excuses, and we will continue to make excuses.

But what does it take to break the constant cycle of excuses and encourage more personal responsibility instead in our schools of excellence?

It’s not about completely eliminating excuses, it’s about learning how to shift the culture.

Allowing the cycle of excuses to continue is normalizing behavior and work ethic that is completely against our values, morals, and ethics.

If you or your staff spend most of your time giving justifications rather than leaning in and learning…

…it’s time to break the cycle of excuses for your center.

Listen in to this podcast episode, as I share tips on how to do this.

In a nutshell, I speak about:

  • How genuine reasons and excuses get mixed up and ways to differentiate the two
  • Why it is important to break the cycle of excuses
  • How to shift the culture in your school of excellence

… and so much more!
