As a school owner or director, understanding that school culture is not a project but an effect of your daily behavior, actions, and routines is a salient leadership drill.

The moment you turn away from this foundational skill, your school becomes toxic, there’s gossip, there’s backtalk, there’s complacency, and there’s resistance.
